Sleep Train Arena Services

Guest Services Courtesy Desk
The Guest Services Courtesy Desk is located behind Section 122 on the concourse level. A Sleep Train Arena representative will be available at the Guest Service Courtesy Desk during all games and arena events to assist you with any question or problem you may encounter while in attendance.

Lost and Found
During events, the lost and found is located at the Courtesy Desk behind section 122. After an event, unclaimed items will be held at the Security Desk.

Team Store
The Team Store is open for all Kings home games AND:
Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Skyline Restaurant
The Skyline restaurant offers a warm and inviting upscale restaurant for you to entertain and impress your most valued clients and friends prior to every home game. Featuring striking artwork from local artists and a delicious upscale, buffet-style dinner, this is one Sleep Train Arena experience you don’t want to miss. To access the restaurant, please enter Sleep Train Arena through the Southeast Entrance and take the elevator to the 4th floor behind Sections 203 & 204.

Please note that reservations are available during the first hour only and will be held for 15 minutes. After the 15-minute hold, guests are on a first-come, first- served basis.

The Skyline Restaurant is open for select events.

Security Guidelines
Sleep Train Arena cares about the safety of every guest and we ask that all guests adhere to the security guidelines below:

Briefcases and purses will be allowed, but may be inspected at any time.
Fans will not be allowed to re-enter after exiting Sleep Train Arena.

Following items are prohibited inside of Sleep Train Arena:

  • Bottles or cans
  • Back packs or large bags
  • Food coolers
  • Outside food/beverages (baby food permitted)
  • Frisbees and beach balls
  • Laser pointers
  • Any noise making devices (i.e. air horns, whistles, drums, plastic horns, etc.)
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal drugs and alcohol
  • Audio/Video recording devices
  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any kind
  • Any other items deemed unacceptable by Arena Management

Beverages & Food
Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or beverages into Sleep Train Arena.

Major credit cards are now accepted at all Sleep Train Arena concession stands, kiosks and bars.
Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Debit cards with “credit card acceptance” may also be used. (Debit cards that require pin number entry will not be accepted.)

Smoking
Sleep Train Arena is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in the building. The designated smoking areas are located at the Southwest and Northwest entrances.

Cameras & Recorders

Kings Camera Policy
Professional camera equipment and/or audio/video recorders may not be brought into the Arena without the express written consent of  Sleep Train Arena and it’s events.

Camera policies vary from show to show. Please check your tickets or contact the arena for specifics policies on events.

Disability Access
Sleep Train Arena is committed to accommodating the needs of all guests with disabilities. Our staff is happy to assist you or your guest upon arrival or prior to an event. To make arrangements, please call (916) 928-6900.

Restrooms: Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the arena on the concourse level. All restrooms are clearly marked.

Handicapped Accessible Parking: To locate accessibly parking, please park in Parking Lot H. Please enter through Toll Plaza 5. For your convenience, you may also drop patrons off in front of the Box Office.

Concession Stand Accessibility: Each of the four main concession stands located on the concourse level feature an area to accommodate wheelchairs. These areas are located to the far right of each concession stand.

Hearing/Visual Assistance: The services of Sign Language Interpreters can be arranged by calling the Sleep Train Arena Box Office at (916) 928-6900. Please notify the Sleep Train Arena Box Office seven (7) days in advance of the event you are attending.

Arena Seating: Special seating is also available for visually impaired guests. Please contact the Sleep Train Arena Box Office for assistance at (916) 928-6900.
